This command

`find README.md LICENSE src/ ./Makefile ./tests/ .travis.yml appveyor.yml
Cargo.toml -type f | xargs -n 1 git blame | grep -v heartsucker`

shows that no code exists by authors not covered by this merge, so I'm
calling it safe enough to legally cover my ass. I am going to be so sad
if this commit message comes up in court. :(
